What time zones do you work in?
We overlap at least 4 hours a day with EU, UK, and US East teams, and fully overlap with APAC. Our engineers adapt to your standup time — not the other way around.
Can we interview the engineers before committing?
Yes — we expect you to. Every engineer goes through your interview process, and billing only starts once they start on your work.
How is this different from hiring gig workers or a generic agency?
