Transparent from first call to final launch.
Proven engineering practice, agile collaboration, and no surprises. Three steps, two-week sprints, and working software you can click from week three — that's the whole method.
Our three-step process.
From initial consultation to final deployment — the same methodology behind every product we ship.
Discovery
We begin with deep conversations to understand your vision, goals, users, and technical constraints. Before any code is written, you have a clear roadmap — and we both know exactly what "done" means.
- Discovery calls & planning workshops
- User & market research
- A scoped roadmap with deliverables
- Honest feasibility and cost advice
Design & Build
Our product team turns requirements into intuitive UI/UX and a sound architecture, then builds in two-week agile sprints. You watch progress on your own tools — nothing happens behind a curtain.
- UI/UX design & system architecture
- Two-week sprints, demo every cycle
- Your Slack, Jira, and Git workflows
- Working software from week three
Launch & Support
After rigorous QA we deploy to a secure, scalable environment on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Post-launch we monitor performance, fix edge cases, and keep improving as your users and business demand.
- Rigorous testing & release QA
- Secure cloud deployment
- Monitoring & performance tuning
- Retainers with a 48-hour patch SLA
How it feels to work with us
Process only matters if you can feel it. These are the commitments we make on every engagement — written into how we work, not just the proposal.

Questions buyers ask before hiring us.
How long does a typical project take?
MVPs ship in four to six weeks. Most projects run eight to sixteen weeks from discovery to launch, and enterprise platforms take three to six months. Everything is delivered in two-week sprints — you see working software from week three, not a big reveal at the end.
Do you work with startups or only enterprise clients?
Both. Founders get an MVP-focused engagement built for speed and validation; enterprises get dedicated teams, SLAs, and process that survives procurement. The model adjusts to your stage — the engineering standards don't.
Which technologies do you specialise in?
Our core stack is TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Vue.js, Flutter, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS — plus AI/LLM integrations with GPT, Claude, and custom ML pipelines. We match the stack to the problem, not the other way around.
Will I own the source code and intellectual property?
Yes. All source code, IP, and assets transfer to you on delivery. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before the first discovery call, and IP-assignment clauses go into the services agreement as standard.
How do you handle support after launch?
Three tiers: bug-fix only, a monthly retainer with feature work, or a dedicated squad. Most clients pick the retainer — uptime monitoring, a 48-hour security patch SLA, and a monthly allocation of feature hours.
Can you integrate with our existing team or codebase?
Yes — we routinely embed engineers into client teams through daily standups on your Slack and Jira, and we've inherited and modernised codebases in PHP, Django, legacy Angular, and more. Expect about a two-week ramp-up before full velocity.
