How do you handle security and compliance?
Role-based access, full audit trails, encryption in transit and at rest, and least-privilege defaults are in every system we ship, not bolted on later. We work within your compliance framework, whether that's healthcare privacy rules, financial audit requirements, or public-sector procurement standards.
Can you integrate with the systems we already run?
Yes. That's usually half the project. We build API-first, write connectors for your existing ERP, CRM, accounting, and identity systems, and add ETL pipelines where the old data needs to flow in. A custom system that doesn't talk to the rest of your stack just creates another silo.
How do you migrate us off a legacy system without downtime?
In phases, never big-bang. The new system runs in parallel with the old one, data is migrated and reconciled module by module, and every cutover has a rollback plan. Your team keeps working through the entire transition; the migration is only done when they stop opening the old system.
Who owns the code when the project ends?
You do: full IP transfer, source code, infrastructure, and documentation. We'll happily stay on for support and new features, but that's your choice, not a lock-in. Custom software you can't take with you isn't custom, it's a subscription.
